Your records are catalogued and uploaded into our SAFE Records portal before being stored securely in our warehouse. Boxes are scanned to ensure their location is always known.

If you have physical files archived or stored with TIMG that you need to retrieve quickly, you can request a scanned copy of the relevant records.
You can then access and view your files via SAFE Digital, our secure online customer portal. Your file can then be returned to storage or securely destroyed.
