Ben Pryor - General Manager

Ben fronts TIMG's vision to rethink and challenge the status quo when it comes to the traditional view of information management. Starting with TIMG in a sales role in 1998, Ben quickly rose through the ranks to become the National Sales Manager and in due course was appointed as General Manager in 2014. With an implicit understanding of all aspects of the business, Ben securely positioned TIMG as New Zealand's leading information management provider and has also been instrumental in leading the business into the new age of information management, establishing TIMG's digital division in 2016. Ben is passionate about guiding the business into the future of information management whilst maintaining a clear focus on security, efficiency and reliability.

Daniel Ward - Digital Services Manager

Daniel has 16 years’ experience within the wider Freightways group having worked for a number of different businesses in analyst, marketing, operational, and product roles. As the Digital Services Manager for TIMG, he runs the management of existing digital business units alongside product innovation. Daniel sees the importance of approaching product innovation with different skills, thinking and ways of working to that of traditional business. Requiring a conscious shift away from the traditional “plan and execute” culture, innovation must be understood as a discovery process where ideas must be able to pivot and change (often dramatically) as assumptions are validated through experimentation. Daniel manages progress via a product portfolio approach to ensure investment is balanced across core, emerging and new products and services.

Jarrod Johnson - Group Financial Controller

Jarrod has 22 years’ experience in providing financial services across a broad range of finance areas including compliance, business process, management and reporting. He has 17 years’ experience within the wider Freightways group having worked for a number of different businesses that provided services to customers ranging from engineering to information management. His workload is currently shared across three Freightways business units: TIMG, DX Mail and Dataprint. As the Group Financial Controller he is responsible for leading these finance teams and delivering all finance services including accounting, treasury, analysis, reporting and budgeting all whilst adhering to internal policies and NZ legislation. Jarrod is committed to improving financial understanding, transparency, and efficiency within business processes all whilst delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes.

Jessica Smith - National Sales Manager

Jessica has over 13 years’ experience in the information management sector. Joining in 2005, Jessica steadily progressed through TIMG, holding various positions from operations to account management and new business development, before her current appointment as the National Sales Manager in 2016. She is passionate about customer satisfaction and experience and has a tremendous ability to discover and create solutions to exceed customers’ needs and requirements. Moreover, Jessica is driven about working with customers to advance their digital transformation journeys.

Josephine McGillivray - Professional Services Manager

Josephine has over 15 years’ experience transforming traditional business processes and product offerings in New Zealand. With a passion for improving the way business is done, she specialises in identifying transformation opportunities and working with clients on developing and deploying secure and effective solutions. Josephine believes that success when transforming a business is to find a balance between people, process and automation to deliver an optimised business outcome. An advocate of taking a risk based approach to design and implementation, she is an expert at working with Government and enterprise agencies to deploy solutions that deliver value within the context of heightened security and privacy requirements.

Matt Ellis - South Island Manager

Matt has been with TIMG for the past 19 years as the South Island Manager. Matt’s proven management, leadership and operational skills oversee all aspects of TIMG activities across both our South Island branches (Christchurch and Dunedin) and he has been largely instrumental in growing the business in that region during his tenure with the company. During his time with TIMG, Matt has managed and been involved with many significant projects of varying complexity, positively impacting the business as a whole.

Tim Morgan - North Island Manager

Tim has forged an extensive career path in security and information management. Tim’s 35 years within the Freightways group has included senior positions with a number of legacy companies such as Armourguard Cash Services, Security Express, Armourguard Records Management, Online Security Services and The Information Management Group. Tim was influential in the creation and development of TIMG’s core service offering of records management, document destruction, media storage and our secure distribution and logistics business. His experience in security combined with a passion for outstanding service has seen the business achieve exceptional growth over his tenure, particularly within the Government sector.

Vanessa Hurt - Marketing Manager

Vanessa has over 20 years experience in a variety of marketing, sales and key strategic partnership roles. She has worked in local and multinational retail and B2B environments and has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in understanding customer needs. Vanessa has a passion for both the creative and strategic aspects of marketing and her focus is on creating successful solutions that drive customer engagement and loyalty, whilst also delivering a positive return on investment for the business.
