Ahmed has 14 years of international HR experience and has worked in a range of multinational organisations and industries. Ahmed’s strengths include, developing HR strategies and initiatives and implementing solutions to align with these, as well as implementing HR transformation projects. Ahmed has a hands on approach, working closely with the business to advise and support managers so that they can create high performing teams, whilst also taking the time to understand the people in the organisation; their ‘why’ of work, motivators, strengths and learning styles.

Rohan fronts TIMG's vision to rethink and challenge the status quo when it comes to the traditional view of information management. After great success leading the Northland team at New Zealand Couriers, Rohan brings a wealth of leadership experience to TIMG. With an implicit understanding of all aspects of the business, Rohan securely positions TIMG as New Zealand's leading information management provider and is instrumental in leading the business into the new age of information management. Rohan is passionate about guiding the business into the future of information management whilst maintaining a clear focus on security, efficiency and reliability.

Jarrod has 22 years’ experience in providing financial services across a broad range of finance areas including compliance, business process, management and reporting. He has 17 years’ experience within the wider Freightways group having worked for a number of different businesses that provided services to customers ranging from engineering to information management. His workload is currently shared across three Freightways business units: TIMG, DX Mail and Dataprint. As the Group Financial Controller he is responsible for leading these finance teams and delivering all finance services including accounting, treasury, analysis, reporting and budgeting all whilst adhering to internal policies and NZ legislation. Jarrod is committed to improving financial understanding, transparency, and efficiency within business processes all whilst delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes.

Jessica has over 13 years’ experience in the information management sector. Joining in 2005, Jessica steadily progressed through TIMG, holding various positions from operations to account management and new business development, before her current appointment as the National Sales Manager in 2016. She is passionate about customer satisfaction and experience and has a tremendous ability to discover and create solutions to exceed customers’ needs and requirements. Moreover, Jessica is driven about working with customers to advance their digital transformation journeys.

Matt has been with TIMG for the past 19 years as the South Island Manager. Matt’s proven management, leadership and operational skills oversee all aspects of TIMG activities across both our South Island branches (Christchurch and Dunedin) and he has been largely instrumental in growing the business in that region during his tenure with the company. During his time with TIMG, Matt has managed and been involved with many significant projects of varying complexity, positively impacting the business as a whole.

Ryan has a background in sales, operations and information management both from outside and within the Freightways Group. A previous winner in the categories of customer services, innovation and technology at the Westpac Business Awards, Ryan is passionate about value-driven change and ensuring every person has a voice in the future of our organisation. Ryan manages TIMG’s existing Digital Products portfolio overseeing the delivery of all TIMG’s major digital projects. Significant projects have included the set-up and ongoing administration of dedicated customer bureau operations and the implementation of bespoke customer workflow automation processes.
