TIMG Coronavirus Notification | Service Levels During Alert Levels 2 & 3

From the 15th to 17th February 2021 inclusive, TIMG will be routinely servicing all clients who are operational, including those under Alert Level 3 (Auckland) and Alert Level 2 (the rest of the country).
What you need to know
If you are in Auckland and your business has been deemed ‘unable to operate safely’ and will remain closed during Alert Level 3 please email email@example.com ASAP so that we can remove you from our schedules.
If you are in Auckland and operational but require changes to delivery addresses, authorised parties or delivery processes, please advise us ASAP.
Contactless deliveries and collections
To minimise potential risks to our customers and teams, all TIMG deliveries will be ‘contactless’ and receivers will not be expected to touch scanners, to ‘sign on glass’, or to sign consignment notes.
