Document destruction
TIMG's document destruction service provides secure destruction bins to your business premises for the disposal of paper products. The bins are available in 240 and 140 litre sizes to suit any business. These can be ordered as needed or set up on a regular scheduled collection. Our large 240 litre bin is the same as is used in most areas around the country for council RECYCLING purposes. 104cm high x 74cm deep x 58cm wide. Our small 140 litre bin (available to customers with accounts only) is the same as is used in most areas around the country for council RUBBISH purposes. 94cm high x 54cm deep x 48cm wide.

Bulk paper
Along with our destruction bin service we can also collect and destroy bulk quantities of paper as required. This may be applicable if your business is moving locations or having an office clean out. To make it easy for you we can collect bulk paper by the box or pallet.

e-Waste
From a single hard drive through to multiple IT asset decommission and secure disposal, TIMG has the solution for you. The destruction of media is to the highest security standard in New Zealand, which means there is no way your data will ever be able to be read or accessed. The process ensures your IT equipment has no data residing within it when it is securely disposed of or recycled, depending on your preference.

Digital media
TIMG ensure physical destruction of digital media to particle size. An optional service is available to back-up your data to our secure cloud hosted platform prior to destruction.

TIMG are members of i-SIGMA (International Secure Information Governance and Management Association) and our Wellington branch is NAID AAA certified for secure destruction of information contained on media such as paper, micro media and physical hard drives. In New Zealand, TIMG is the only i-SIGMA members that holds AAA accreditation. At our other nationwide branches we destroy documents with compliance to NAID AAA standards. Where possible, paper destroyed by TIMG is recycled to pulp, so not only are you securely and safely destroying documents, you're also acting in an environmentally responsible manner. For every metric tonne of paper we recycle on your behalf, we save 13 trees, 4100 kilowatts of energy, 2.5 barrels of oil, 31.78 kilolitres of water, over 2.4 tonnes of carbon emissions and approximately 4 cubic metres of landfill space
