Digital data sanitisation is performed using industry-leading technology to ensure that all data is completely wiped from devices and can never be recovered.
Physical destruction uses our industrial shredders to completely destroy data-bearing hardware.
Protected Facilities
All TIMG facilities are reinforced concrete structures with fully monitored electric perimeter fencing, access control on all exterior doors, and full CCTV coverage.
Access to our facilities is by appointment only, ensuring that the only personnel in our operating areas are TIMG employees.
When your IT devices arrive at our facilities, they do not leave until all data has been securely destroyed, whether by physical or digital methods.
Personnel
Each TIMG employees undergoes a comprehensive recruitment process to ensure their suitability to work in a high security environment.
Assessment methods include credit history, drivers licence history, criminal history and personality testing. All staff carry a current Certificate of Approval and have been fully vetted.
Your IT devices are only ever handled by our team until data destruction is complete.
Vehicles
Our vehicles have auto locking and alarm systems and are designed and build to comply with the New Zealand Security Association standard for protected vehicles.
Whenever your IT devices are in transit, they remain with our team, and are totally secure in our custody.
