TIMG Coronavirus Notification | Service Levels During Alert Level 3

April 21st, 2020

The Government has stated that most businesses can operate under Alert Level 3 as long as they can operate ‘safely’ and as such, TIMG will begin routinely servicing all clients again as of Tuesday 28th April.

What you need to know

  • If your business has been deemed unable to operate safely and will remain closed during Alert Level 3 please email notifications@timg.co.nz ASAP so that we can remove you from our schedules.
  • If your business was closed during Alert Level 4 and will now be operational, please advise any changes to delivery addresses, authorised parties or delivery processes ASAP.
  • If you were operational during Alert Level 4 and your business requirements changed (e.g. alternative delivery addresses, authorised parties or delivery processes) please let us know so that we can reinstate your original procedures.

Contactless deliveries and collections

To minimise potential risks to our customers and teams, all TIMG deliveries will continue to be ‘contactless’ and receivers will not be expected to touch scanners, to ‘sign on glass’, or to sign consignment notes:
