TIMG Coronavirus Notification | Service Levels During Alert Level 2

At Level 3 TIMG began routinely servicing all clients who were operational. TIMG will now begin servicing all remaining clients as of Thursday 14th May.
What you need to know
- If your business was closed during Alert Levels 3 and 4 and will now be operational, please advise any changes to delivery addresses, authorised parties or delivery processes ASAP.
- If you were operational during Alert Levels 3 and 4 and your business requirements changed (e.g. alternative delivery addresses, authorised parties or delivery processes) please let us know so that we can reinstate your original procedures.

Contactless deliveries and collections
To minimise potential risks to our customers and teams, all TIMG deliveries will continue to be ‘contactless’ and receivers will not be expected to touch scanners, to ‘sign on glass’, or to sign consignment notes:
