TIMG is supporting essential business only

TIMG will continue to provide limited support services for ‘essential’ workplaces only, who require the highest level of security of their physical and digital information during this challenging time.

Please confirm ASAP if you require your TIMG service to remain in place

Our usual ‘half day’ deliveries have changed to a ‘next day’ service to allow us to plan for minimal staffing levels in advance. This does not apply to healthcare providers or similar organisations whose requests are critical.

Available Support Services for Essential Business:

Records Management

  • We can scan physical documents on demand and provide these to you in a digital format. From $0.14 per page. Please click here for more details.
  • We will continue to deliver physical files and boxes upon request but will not be offering a collection service.
  • We can deliver physical files and boxes to home addresses (with the correct authorisation). The rate is $2.70 per kilometre from the nearest TIMG branch.
  • Please advise any changes to delivery addresses, authorised parties or delivery processes ASAP.

Document Destruction & Offsite Backup Tape Storage
